September 17 to 19
A relaxing weekend at Sec Lake with Cindy and Jo-Ann. I headed to the lake early to try and grab one of the island sites. Luckily one of the sites on the smaller island was available and I pitched my tent and hammock to get ready for Cindy and Jo-Ann’s arrival.
Back at Crotch Lake for a week at a cottage with other members of the Chesterville Kayak Club
A great meal prepared by Kim with some quality Gin and dessert by Heather. Great first night playing Crib until 12 in the morning. After the team of Lucien and myself got off to an early 2 nothing lead the team of Heather and Kim made a comeback to tie it up and 2 to 2 before going into defeat. The boys rule!
Early Saturday morning fishing. One Perch caught now into something bigger.
Spent the day kayak fishing with Lucien and Kat. Caught a nice Pike and a small Perch
